We use a variety of authoritative data sources to compile our database of aerial restrictions and ground hazards. In many cases, any error or omission usually originates in the source data, and in these cases, you may contact us for verification and we will liaise with the provider of the data so they can make the update, which will then in turn flow back through to Altitude Angel's systems.
In other cases, the item you're expecting to find may not be present because:
- It isn't known to the data sources we use (i.e. the item hasn't been included in the datasets they publish)
- No official data sources exist to describe the category of the item you feel is missing
In some cases, Altitude Angel can investigate and if we feel there is a case for inclusion of the item you're describing, we can manually add it.
We recommend, in any case, that you open a support ticket with our team by sending an email to hello@altitudeangel.com.
